I haven’t sent out paper holiday cards in a lot of years but up until this year, I still sent many, many ecards, at this time of year.
I thought I’d try something different and more personal, this time around and here’s what I came up with:
A larger version (WP is compressing this a lot for some reason!!!) of this photo/haiku along with a PDF copy of my Cranberry Mandarin Orange Loaf (click for recipe) attached.
Click on the photo to see the full-sized version.
I just got started sending these out in the past two days and already I’ve had so many friends and business contacts tell me how much they enjoyed my personal holiday ”package” greetings!
Perhaps I’ll inspire you to try something new this year when it comes to sending holiday wishes?
Happy Holidays!

This is a great idea. A beautiful haiku and scene and wonderful recipe too. No wonder you’re getting good feedback.

What a beautiful scene, and combined with the Haiku and recipe — it makes it a perfect lifting message! Thank you for sharing. May the Spirit of Christmas infuse every particle of your time for yourself, Mr Ched and with loved ones!
