A Sure Sign of Spring!

I saw a robin this morning, first one of the season. Now that’s got to be a sure sign of spring!

Hope you enjoy this encore haiku/photo from last year.

I still think they are “feathered talismans”. ;)

Happy Spring…it soon will be here!

  1. Very pretty, looking forward to it!

  2. We have the robin through all the seasons. Apart from a slight rise in temperature spring still hasn’t shown up. Today is foggy and wet and very dreary, but hey I’m alive so I should be grateful… smiles.

  3. A feathered talisman, indeed. :-) So lovely!

  4. Oh, I’m soooo jealous, Geraldine! We still have over a foot and a half of snow on the ground. Hopefully, at some point this month, I’ll look out and see a robin bop bop bopping along on the grass! :)

  5. “Feathered talisman” is a lovely phrase. We don’t have any robins yet but the snow is melting and I am hopeful. Hugs! :)

  6. Hi Lorraine, Me too! Another sunny day here today, 2 in a row..woohoo. ;)

Hi Val, That’s so interesting about the robins. You must live in a warm place to keep the birdies happy and warm all year. :)

Hi Vesper, We’ve been having some GOOD luck here lately so maybe it’s working!

Hi Talon, You really got pummeled down East this year. I’m guessing it will all balance out with a beautiful spring and summer to follow. Hope so!

Hi Ruinwen, I like it too, thanks dear friend.

    Hugs and Happy Weekend, G
