  1. This is almost prophetic for me. I needed to hear that today. I imagine that the darkness surrounding me at the moment is a chrysalis from which I am about to emerge, with perhaps a better version of myself being the result. You should put a book together of all of your lovely sayings. Very inspirational.

  2. A beautiful photo, and excellent quote alongside. I think those words are especially timely because our world is in ever increasing peril on so many fronts. We can all take hope and encouragement from holding such thoughts in mind.

  3. This is very nice and you have a lovey blog. I am looking for links, would you like a link?

  4. What a beautiful photo and quote! Thank you for that, G. Do come back to Ruby Tuesday next week and post something, anything with a little red in it. 🙂

  5. Hi Selma, For me, sometimes a single thought or quotation is very powerful and ‘just what I need to hear’ at a particular time. That’s been the case again and again. Hope it helps a bit to contemplate on this quote, dealing with your current struggles.

Hi Deborah, A thought can be a powerful and sustaining force/mantra. I’m glad you agree. Thanks for your kind words.

Hi Nick, Welcome and glad you are enjoying MPP.

Hi Sandy, Yes, let it be!

Hi Mary, I will be back! Ruby Tuesday is a very popular stop in ‘blogland’ and for good reason.

Thanks for your comments and continued support, always appreciated, G

  6. Geraldine,

I watched Batman: The Dark Knight, the weekend of my birthday 2 weeks ago and this piece reminds me of the line from the film:

“The darkest of the night is just before dawn . . . The dawn is near.”

One should never lost hope and never stop believing in the advent of life that dawn brings.

    I wish you well.
