I thought a “breath of spring” might be nice, right about now. It’s snowing today, here in BC. And as much as I love winter, I am also looking forward to spring. 🙂
This haiku poem and photo is also part of my Write-A-Book Challenge (Haiku Journal).

The photo and haiku are lovely but here in Calif, spring is trying to get a foothold already. Too soon! Winter still has a little while to go.
Mind you, if I was in your cold and snow, I’d be……..moving to Calif. I’m a wimp.

My precious flowers are frozen in unexpected ice! Well, it wasn’t unexpected. But surprising anyway. We don’t get that sort of weather here much. Stay warm.

What a wonderful splash of color to the eyes! Spring revealed – yes. Except I’m not ready yet. We’re going skiing today; there’s still that! PS I’m working on a new piece for the challenge; hopefully it will be ready by the first week. Nothing like a little motivation….

Perfect. The writing exudes warmth and abundance. I especially like this today – weather has been gray, chilly, and dismal here – your blog a spot of sunshine in my day per usual. Thanks & hugs!

Hi G,
It’s Feb. and too sunny. My bulbs are peeping their stalks out of my beds. This was a lovely breath of spring, but how do I get my bulbs to stay put? lol

BEAUTIFUL tulips! Here in So Cal we’re finally experiencing a bit of winter with a series of rainstorms passing through. My daffodils and irirs have already sent up shoots because of the warm weather we’ve had this winter so I’m not sure what will happen to them. Tulips won’t grow here because it doesn’t get cold enough.
Hugs and blessings,
