A Summer Daisy Haiku Revisited

This photo and haiku always brings cool summer breezes to mind.

The hot weather hasn’t arrived yet, hopefully not tooooo hot this year. 😦

In the meantime, I hope you enjoy this cool summer scene.

This post is especially for my blog pal Teri .

Do stop by over at her beautiful art blog:  Teri’s Painted Daisies.

Teri loves daisies. I can certainly understand why. 😉

  1. Oh Geraldine, this is so sweet of you and so precious. I love it and I thank you so much for this beautiful haiku and daisy.

  2. It sure sounds good to me! No daisies here yet, but we are having some muggy summery weather.

  3. There is something so cheery anmd animated about a daisy. Love your haiku!

  4. Hi Teri, It was my absolute pleasure Teri. You’ve been so kind to share my work over at your blog and to be such a frequent and supportive visitor to my blogs. I’m so glad we “met” via Blogland. And I can’t think of a nicer symbol, flower to pick as you have, with daisies.

Hi Sandy, These are “file” daisies, they aren’t out here either. It’s kind of muggy here too, all the way on the other coast almost, from you.

Hi Sel, If memory serves, you are a big daisy fan too, aren’t you? something so happy about them, I agree. Smiling flowers. These looked like they were enjoying the reprieve from the heat, in the partial shade. The haiku followed.

Thanks for stopping in and Happy Week, G
