Haiku Reflections: Autumn, It’s In the Air!

Another photo/ haiku I recently noted, while tidying up my photo files.

I think it’s fun to “dig” through the archives and come up with past “gems”. 😉 Don’t you?

Happy Wednesday! 🙂

  1. Love the vibrant green here, and beautiful words.

  2. Lovely capture and wonderful haiku. We had a taste of autumn a few days ago but that was it. It’s back to heat and horrible humidity. ugh.

  3. Geraldine, I love the green you captured in this photo. Green is my favorite color!

Lovely haiku as well. Thank you for sharing and I hope you had a FAB Wednesday!

  4. our leaves are turning already. they’re mostly yellowish. not much green will be lingering here… i do enjoy finding old gems like this one. it makes me do the happy dance. hope all is well. have a great night~

  5. I agree, Geraldine. It’s fun to see what we’ve created and forgotten about. 🙂 That photo is so vibrant and lush! Just gorgeous!

  6. This is a gem. Love the vibrant green in this photo and great haiku.

  7. I love green, too. I can never understand why people think it is an unlucky colour. To me it represents life. Love the haiku.

  8. *Thanks Joyce.

    * Jackie, ughhh…is right.

It’s heating up here in BC too, suppose to be PLUS 36 C by this aft. WAAAAY too hot for me. I’m going to chill on the sofa with my Kindle I think. I know I won’t get any real work done. Good thing I did yesterday. 😉 Made the most amazing veggie gumbo, among other things.

Hope the cool temps. head your way again soon and bring on fall!!!

*It’s my fav color too Ron, all shades. Green is the color of life and nature, what’ s not to like?

*Dance away Naq, sounds like a good plan. 😉

*It was such a vivid green, this photo isn’t embellished at all, it’s how it really looked. I love when that happens. You can’t improve on Mother Nature’s paintbrushes, can you?

*Thanks dear. I kind of like it too. 😉

*Val, green is THE lucky color. I’ve never heard about the unlucky part. Thanks for your kind words.
