  1. Geraldine,

Your beautifully thematic image, together with your well chosen words, very much captures autumn:)

  2. I’m smiling. I love both words and photos, Geraldine. A huge flock of sparrows came and wiped out one of our yew hedges of all its berries and the robins have stripped the Rowan tree bare of all its fruit. 🙂

  3. Both a beautiful poem AND photo, Geraldine!

    The color is magnificent!

    Have a lovely week!

  4. Love the photo and great tau-ku. Always something wonderful that you share.

  5. Great Tau-ku and simply fabulous autumn colours.

  6. smiles…yes just one of the little things that make autumn…
the squirrels have been everywhere here gathering their nuts…

  7. autumn is here but I don’t see any changes in the tree colors or store displays. though I think it’s slowly making its way around.

hope you have a great autumn!

Hi Sherry, Welcome and thank you.

Hi Ron, Isn’t this just a fab color, I agree. Nature can not be surpassed when it comes to the paint box. 😉

    Hi Joe, Thanks dear!

Hi Valerie, I love the golds and reds…but this fuchsia pink is pretty wonderful too, I agree. No wonder fall is the fav season for so many people, including me!

Hi Brian, All of nature is busy right now, including the little critters, preparing for winter, I agree.

Hi Lissa, Not much change here either in Interior BC, it’s mainly brown and moss green. I’m thankful for a BIG photo archives at times like this. LOL

Happy Autumn and Week to All, G
