Some Glorious Greens and a Chuckle for St. Patrick’s Day!

Green. My fav color, in every shade. How I ♥ it!

St. Patrick’s Day is a good day not only to celebrate luck but also, the beauty and wonder of all the “glorious greens” in life. I hope you enjoy the examples above.

I hope today brings lots of luck to you too. 😉

And for a big chuckle, stop by here to see what me and Mr. Cheddar got up to today. 😉

Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🙂

  1. “Green. My fav color, in every shade. How I ♥ it!”

Mine too, Geraldine. I LOVE green! And what a stunning green collage you shared! Especially love the photo of the lake and mountains in the background.

  2. Gorgeous photos…green is such a peaceful color…no wonder it’s your favorite:)

  3. Lovely photos! Green is my favourite colour as well.
    Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

  4. Happy St. Paddy’s Day, Geraldine. You and Mr. C look very festive! 🙂 Gorgeous photos of the greening. Can’t wait to see some of that around here.

  5. That’s a beautiful collage. Green is such a cheerful, hopeful color. Happy St. Paddy’s day too.

  6. I love nature’s colour too, Geraldine, and that’s a great collage. Happy St Pat’s to you too.

  7. Gorgeous photos, Geraldine, and I hope you had a fun day! We had corned beef and cabbage in the crock pot (once a year thing) and it was good, though we’re not Irish, but wore green and had fun being festive! xx

  8. Thanks for your kind words Ron!

I’ve always loved green Carol. What’s your fav color? I like hearing about why people pick certain colors for their fav.

    Welcome Karen and thank you.

So nice to see you back Kim and thanks for your kind words. 🙂

It is a hopeful color, I agree Joe.

I bet St. Pat’s Day is a major holiday in the UK, am I right? Thanks Val.

Oh, that’s so cool that you really got into the spirit of the day Lauren. Where we live, everyone seemed to be wearing black!!! How depressing. Not that I don’t like black clothes but come on, it was St. Patrick’s Day, time to break out the green!!!

Happy Week and thanks for stopping by, G

  9. In answer to your question, Geraldine, St Pat’s Day isn’t a major holiday in the UK. We do have marches and stuff but that’s organised by the Irish community. We don’t even have a holiday for our own St George. Miserable lot, aren’t we?

  10. thanks for the update Val!
