  3. Yes, is sure is, Geraldine! It’s been ages since I’ve seen a white rose, and one THAT beautiful! It looks like white satin!

I just came from another blog, where the blogger shared some flower photos as well. It seems that this time of the year, everyone is enjoying the beauty of flowers!

Have a lovely evening, my friend!

  4. Wouldn’t it be first rose of spring?! At least it is spring here in Oregon! Mine are not close to being blossoms but eager when they do come.

  5. This is so lush and full, a beautiful rose. And white ones are rather special, I agree.

  6. I agree Naquillity, this was a gem of a post/photo to find!

Elizabeth, And to think this came from someone’s garden? Wow. The blogger who posted this lives in the UK, I believe.

It’s the time of year when everyone seems to be thinking flowers around the blogs! What a visual feast. I agree about the texture of this rose Ron, isn’t it just like you could reach out and touch it? White roses are truly special, I agree.

No roses here either Rose, here in BC. Not many flowers of any kind yet actually. I love your name btw! Flower names are so special too. 🙂

Lush is the word Joe! Now I want some white roses!!! Hint, hint. 😉 But the ones from the florist never look this fresh, do they?

    Happy Weekend, G

  7. Gasp…..oh my how absolutely lovely…..

  8. So stunning, Geraldine. You are so right. There is something about a white rose. Purity and beauty. Gorgeous!

  9. Love it soo beautiful!

  10. Gosh I can’t remember when I last saw a white rose…. the one in your picture is a delight to see. You’re right, there is something special about white roses.

  11. I agree Lorraine, isn’t this stunning? 🙂

Purity, beauty, perfection in nature…the list goes on and on doesn’t it Kim?

    Thanks for stopping in Surprise!

I haven’t seen one like this for a long time actually either Val. The ones from the florist and in the stores are pretty but nothing like the beauty of a garden rose.

    Happy Weekend, G
