Haiku Reflections: A Trio of Haiku Poems to Welcome the New Year!

First snow of season.

A “Christmas-card” view, beckons.

Digging out the boots.

Snowshoes. City park.

Untouched, winter wonderland.

Flash of white rabbit.

A new year begins.

Fresh palette, possibilities.

Raise a glass of cheer!

I hope your year is off to a great start. 🙂

  1. The second one is my favorite! Lovely haikus.

  2. Beautiful selection of haiku’s, Geraldine! Loved them all, but the first one really touched me because you know how much I love SNOW! And I can’t wait until we get some 🙂

    Gorgeous photograph!

    Happy New Year, my friend!

  3. Wonderful haiku poems, you can just feel the sense of the season and the snow. Beautifully expressed. Happy New Year.

  4. Thanks Rose and Happy New Year to you! 🙂

I know you love snow Ron, wow…did we get a pile of it, in the last couple of days, here in BC. It’s GREAT, except kind of hard to navigate with the icy patches. Other than that, I’m loving it. Thanks for your kind words Ron.

    Thanks Joe!!! 🙂

    Happy New Year, G
