Are You Over 50 and Looking For A (COOL) Job? ;-)

If you are, you might want to check out this inspiring article from TIME.COM about some cool jobs landed by a number of older workers.

Apparently there is a definite upswing and change for the better, in terms of a lot of employers re-thinking their hiring practices, when it comes to considering older adults for a position.

IMO, this is definitely a positive and long-overdue shift in attitude! 😉

Happy Reading, Weekend and Week Ahead! 😉

PS: And speaking of reading, what’s on your kindle/book list right now?
I just got a copy of  the new: X by Sue Grafton and I’m really enjoying it so far. More about the book when I finish it.

I hope you will visit often and enjoy all of my sites.😂 Thanks so much for stopping by. Wishing You a Happy Week and Namaste!

  1. People over 50 have a lot more to offer in terms of experience, skills, etc…than most younger people. Good to see a shift in attitudes in this regard. Candidates should be judged as individuals not by their age.

  2. I’m not in the market, G, but this is nice to offer and I also agree with Joseph’s comment where age shouldn’t be the main factor for hiring.
