Another recent rainy day photo.

These bright red leaves “stood out” from across a large expanse of lawn at the park.

I love contrasts in nature. And of course, rainy days too!

  1. a beautiful dash of color amongst a rainy day. So lovely as are your words.

  2. Pretty! I love rainy day photos, too. Don’t you think the rain accents the color?

  3. I do love the photo and it was like a “dash” of color, on a rainy day here.

  4. Those leaves are just gorgeous. It has been raining very heavily here for the past few days and I saw some amber maple leaves on the road this morning. Quite striking. That little bit of colour pepped me up amidst the dreary grey!

  5. Hi Tammie, A dash, a splash of color, it really stood out among the greens and browns. Thanks for your kind words Tammie.

Hi Sandy, It really does, I agree. You’ve shared some great rain pics too. Glad you enjoyed this.

Hi Joe, It was nice, wasn’t it? I love a rainy day, I can’t say it enough!

Hi Sel, And there you head into fall now, my fav time of year. I hope you share lots of pics.

    Happy Week, G
