I re-read (as the updated Griffin Estate Edition) Black Like Me, this past week.
This was a book that touched me deeply as a teenager and even more so now, reading it as an adult.

Great review, as usual. Now I really want to read this book, especially this new edition.
Your new summer header and look here is so cool. Very nice.

Thanks Carol! Happy Long Weekend too. š
Thank you Ron and for sharing re: the incident at work about this book and also about the movie. Now I vaguely remember seeing parts of that film, a long time ago. The book was so much better I think.
I think you’ll find the book very interesting Joe. And yes, it was time for a summery look here I thought. š
